We offer hour long classes with a trained coach. The workout changes daily and is performed as a class. No matter your experience level, goals or limitations, we are able to customize our program to meet you where you are and meet your needs. We design the workouts to ensure you are making progress to reach your goals. For optimal results, we recommend attending 4-5 classes per week.

Crossfit
The backbone of North Dallas Crossfit uses the CrossFit method. CrossFit is constantly varied functional fitness performed at high intensity. With each class there is focus on strength, conditioning and mobility. CrossFit combines gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees, duration and movements. This helps create unparalleled results. This training supports functional ability and translates to real life. And of course, there are the aesthetic benefits, too!

Strong4Life
Strong4Life Classes
STRONG4LIFE is a fitness and strength program specially designed with the needs and concerns of adults 55+ and older. The class is low impact and perfect for all fitness levels including those dealing with knee and shoulder replacement, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, joint and mobility issues. The movements taught in this class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and function around the ankle, knee, shoulder, and hip joints while improving strength, balance, reaction time and activities of daily living.
